Staff was responsive.
The room was in terrible condition upon arrival. It was dirty, with unwashed sheets and a strong smell of cigarettes, despite being labeled as non-smoking. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, and I was unable to take a shower due to a clogged drain. My experience was far from acceptable and reminded me of a real disappointment.

Bathroom was pretty nice. I liked the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Beds were fine
Walls are very thin. No outlet where the alarm clock should go. Continental breakfast was pretty sad.

All in all our stay was very nice, no complaints. Units with 2 beds. Meals in the hotel were good...

The location was convenient for visiting
The nearby fairgrounds and eateries. The staff were helpful and responsive to my needs, yet the hotel is showing its age, and amenities like breakfast and Wi-Fi could definitely improve.

The location was good, the price was right, the room was clean.
The walls are very thin. Fortunately no one was in next room until early morning that I left. Could hear every word from the couple in next room. When I arrived Booked.net reservation was not received by motel. Had to bring my receipt to get the prices quoted by Booked.net

The Price
Spa was advertised as part of hotel. It was one of the reasons we pick it, It was not working and it wasn't noted on the web site that it was out of order. We were disappointed.
